Returns And Refunds

At UmAlHayaa, we make sure all of our packages are wrapped with love and carefully as we take pride in inspecting our products before sending out our abayas. However if you are not satisfied with your order we are always here to help!


We understand that receiving the correct product in the right condition is important to our customers. Therefore, we offer refunds ONLY under the following circumstances:

Wrong Size: If you receive a product in the incorrect size, you may request a refund. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item to initiate the refund process.

Damaged Product: If you receive a damaged product, we will gladly offer a refund. Please notify us with photo evidence of the damage within 7 days of receiving the item.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for reasons other than receiving the wrong size or a damaged product. Additionally, all refund requests are subject to review and approval by our customer service team. For further assistance or inquiries regarding refunds, please contact us via email


If the abaya has not been worn, exchanges are permitted. Customers must reach out to us to make an exchange request once they have had their abaya for 7 working days. If you wish to exchange something, make sure that you either want a different size of the same abaya or something that costs the same price. Please reach out to us via DM @umalhayaa or either
